First off-MERRY CHRISTMAS! I am writing this Dec 25th 2020 at 8:05 AM. I woke up around 6:30AM, then I did a self hypnosis meditation, then I went downstairs and got my overnight oats and ate it quietly as other in the house are still sleeping. I then went back to my room and am listening to my audiobook, while journaling/stretching on my yoga mat.
I just had an urge to come on here and write to you!
Some downloads I have had really inspired from a quote I heard said something along the lines of "imagination is the most God like trait". It really got me thinking- animals don't have the ability to choose goals and envision a future, but we do!
Your future is not written in stone. It is not written in a chalkboard in the sky. That's what your imagination is for! Be honest, what would be really cool? What would be amazing? I want you to really realize that there is nothing set in stone and you will only act according to the self image you have of yourself. Start seeing a different future for yourself, and start FEELING it.
Emotions are habits. YOU are not a robot, but your body and mind function someone-what like a machine! If you ask your mind a question it is designed to go to work to find an answer. So if you set out to find an answer to a problem....assume the answer exists already and you just have to find it. If you set out for a new idea....you are half way there because you believe the idea exists!
So why not ask yourself questions like "What do you WANT to create really deep down?" If you began to intensely brainstorm ideas for your life, regularly, you will see you have truly no limits. Only the limits you keep believing that you keep thinking. But actually you can do. anything. I love you! Merry Christmas!
