Take Back Your Mind, Take Back Your Life

At some point you got to take charge and take your ownership back.

Ownership of the DIRECTION your life is going.


It all starts in the mind! It is ALL beginning with the way you speak to yourself. It has nothing to do with your circumstances. It has to do with the roommate in your head.


If we do not consciously decide what to focus on, the world and our phone will give us plenty to focus on! The news will give you something to focus on. How do you want to feel? Do you like the way you feel after watching the news over and over? Maybe you do I'm not you. (Note this is not about not being informed. It's about choosing ON PURPOSE when YOU turn on the news, not letting the news come to you because of default patterns and not being deliberate of time use.)


It's Time

It's time to start taking charge of what you say to yourself.

It's time you start treating yourself and speaking to yourself like you deserve.

We can't just give half effort or we will see half results.


Decide.

To decide means to cut off all other options. A real decision means there isn't another option. You chose. I choose. You can choose. I am making the real decision today that no matter what, NO MATTER WHAT , until February 8th (I just picked that day because today is January 8th) I am going to go sooooo hard in filling my brain with what is TRUE.


I'm Committed

I am deciding. Today. I am committed, fully to completely rewiring and reprograming the default voice in my head. Because it is detrimental to my health and life and future if I continue to let the voice run that is constantly telling me what I didn't do enough of, how I"m not enough, not good enough for xyz, could have done more at xyz, etc. ENOUGH.


Resolve.

I am being resolute about this. That is why I am making this announcement public. There is no going back. In order to completely shift and rearrange the way I speak to myself in my thoughts, in the mirror, on a day to day basis, I have to do what seems ABSOLUTELY INSANE in the amount of affirmations and mirror talk and dance parties to affirmations to change my state.


How You Can Do it With Me

I will be sharing videos on here and on Youtube, of what I am doing. I will be sharing affirmations, and tools that I use.


  • Journaling (on paper and on my phone)

  • Speaking out loud

  • Looking at myself in the mirror and saying kind things (even when I don't believe it)

  • Meditating and feeling the feelings of feeling enough

  • Complimenting myself like you do a kid when they do something that wasn't hard at all
