How do you even know how to listen to your heart? What is your heart telling you?
The answer lies in the body, not the mind. There is a new way of living that is called embodied living. It's not new actually, it's how we originally functioned but in our society, and probably to you, it is new.
It's simple, we feel truth and answers and warnings IN OUR BODY, not in our mind. God is always with us, talking to us. Are we listening?
TWO GENERAL FEELINGS TO OBSERVE: expansion or contracting.
When you think of something, does it feel expansive, or contracting? So for example let's use me moving to New York. When I dream about it, does it feel like my heart is opening and relaxing and getting bigger and feeling the love, OR does it feel like my shoulders want to start curling in and I need to crunch in my chest.
When you think about something, ask which choice feels more fun and expansive, and see how making choices from that question leads you!
