Worrying is driven by "what if thinking". Concern is fact based. How can you change from worry to concern?
Here is a question to ask yourself when you feel anxiety- "Is this thought serving me or hurting me?"
"Oh my gosh, what if I am late?" Do you see where that thought spiral can go? Concern has a healthy emotional reaction that is proportional to the factual reality. We don't need to pretend things are better than they are but we don't need to pretend they are worse either. Everything is figureoutable!
